Most adults with missing teeth are suitable for implants. Factors such as gum health and bone volume matter, which is exactly what your free reported CBCT scan will assess on the day. Even if you’ve been told you lack bone before, modern techniques mean implants are still possible for many patients.
Are implants painful?
Implants are placed under local anaesthetic, so you shouldn’t feel pain during treatment. Most patients are surprised by how comfortable it is — many compare it to having a filling. Any tenderness afterwards typically settles within a few days with simple painkillers.
How long does treatment take?
A typical implant journey takes around 3–6 months from placement to final crown, allowing time for the implant to integrate with your bone. Your personalised timeline will be confirmed in your treatment plan at the open day.
How much do implants cost?
Dental implants start from £2,995 — and if you book your treatment at the VIP Open Day, you’ll save £500. You’ll receive clear, transparent pricing for your exact treatment plan before making any decision, with no hidden costs.
Is the VIP consultation really free?
Yes — your consultation, reported CBCT scan and intraoral scan are completely free. Because appointments across the two days are strictly limited, we ask for a £25 deposit to secure your slot, which is fully refunded when you attend. It simply protects the limited appointments from no-shows.
Can I spread the cost?
Yes — we offer 0% and flexible finance options to help you spread the cost of treatment. We’ll talk you through the plans on the day and help you find one that fits your budget comfortably.
How long do implants last?
With good oral hygiene and regular check-ups, dental implants can last for decades — many last a lifetime. The crown attached to the implant may need replacing after 10–15 years of normal wear, and your included Airflow hygiene appointment helps you start your aftercare the right way.
What happens during the VIP event?
Your appointment is conducted by our implant surgeon, Dr Jas Bajwa. You’ll have a relaxed consultation, your free reported CBCT and intraoral scans, and receive a personal treatment plan with transparent pricing and finance options. The whole visit is free, friendly and completely without obligation.
What if I need bone grafting?
Some patients need a small bone graft to give the implant a strong foundation — this is a routine, well-established procedure. Your free CBCT scan will show us exactly what’s needed, and if grafting is recommended it will be clearly explained and included in your personal treatment plan and pricing.
