From start to finish the staff at Southwell dental care have been lovely. They take time to deal with the booking system & organise appropriate appointments. The dentist herself was very personable & professional throughout. All treatments were explained in detail along with the charges. I would recommend this practice for dental treatment without hesitation.

I came to Southwell Dental Care for the first time today; as a private patient, after not being able to get into a dentist for the last 4 years. I must say, I was very impressed with the service. My dentist, Rawand Juma was very friendly and welcoming, making the experience almost seem like a treat because of how well she looked after me and showed care. There was a lovely, relaxing log fire on the screen crackling away whilst I had my treatment. It was so relaxing I almost forgot I was at the dentist. I've never liked my teeth but my dentist was so reassuring about their health and the plan she made for the minor things that do need doing was comprehensive,easy to understand and upfront. I also think the prices for private are amazing. My last private dentist was 3 times the amount. Im very happy that I've got a place at this surgery and I will be recommending to family and friends. Met my new Dentist Rawand Juma at Southwell Dental Care today. First visit since the clinic has been taken over. Rawand was very friendly, welcoming and professional. I just had a check up Rawand was very thorough and informative and mad me feel relaxed. It was a very pleasant experience, all staff were welcoming and friendly.

Myself and my family have been patients with Southwell dental care for a few years and plan on staying with them for the future. My latest experience with the new staff on Oct. 14th was positive as in the past. They are having improvements done to the building and as it looks so far it will be even better in the future. The young ladies at reception are very nice, friendly and yet very professional. Definitely recommend to all.

On entering the practice yesterday, I was immediately treated courteously and warmly by the lovely receptionist. The ongoing redecorating and refurbishment of the practice is very impactful - more like walking into a high-end hotel! Rawand was professional and caring. I felt very well treated and completely relaxed throughout my appointment. Dentist visits are not usually known as relaxed experiences, but I must admit this was the most un-stressed dentist visit ever! Thank you to Rawand and the team.
